Discreet Packaging
How discreet is the exterior?
Plain brown corrugated box. No FANZ wordmark, no niche logo, no suggestive language anywhere on the outside. Return address is a generic 'FGH Fulfillment, [PO Box]' — neighbors, roommates, doormen see nothing identifying the contents.
What about the interior?
The inside of the box is FANZ-branded — that part is for you. Tissue paper in your home-niche brand color, a thank-you card with a founder-only restock code, and your tracking history printed on the receipt.
Customs declarations on international shipments?
Required by law. We label adult toys as 'PERSONAL CARE ITEM' or 'NOVELTY ACCESSORY' per the destination's import categorization standard. Adult apparel labels as 'APPAREL — COTTON'.
US Shipping
Standard vs Expedited?
Standard: 3-7 business days, $4.99 flat or free over $50. Expedited: 1-3 business days, $14.99 flat. Same-day shipment cutoff is 2 PM EST for in-stock items.
Which carriers?
FedEx Ground (most adult toys + intimates), USPS Priority (small items, apparel), UPS (heavier orders + multi-item bundles). Carrier auto-selected per item weight + destination. You see the carrier + tracking number in the shipping notification.
Signature required on delivery?
For adult toys, intimates, and any order over $200: adult-only 21+ ID check at delivery. Apparel-only orders: no signature. You can opt into signature-on-delivery for any order in checkout.
International Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
47 currently. North America: US, Canada, Mexico. EU: all 27 member states, UK, Switzerland, Norway. Asia-Pacific: Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore. Latin America: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia. Specific country list on the international-shipping page.
Where do you NOT ship?
Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Pakistan, Kuwait, Qatar (adult products prohibited). India and China (toys not allowed; apparel only). Russia (export sanctions). Some Caribbean nations (small-package customs issues).
Customs duties + VAT?
Buyer responsible for any import duties or VAT at the destination. We provide the harmonized-tariff-code declaration; you pay the duty at delivery. EU orders include EU VAT in the price; outside-EU orders do not.
Restricted US States
Alabama and Mississippi
Both states prohibit the sale of certain sex toys under state obscenity statutes. FANZ Shop will block restricted toy SKUs from shipping to these states. Apparel, intimates, lubricants, and wellness products ship normally.
Texas
Texas restricts sale of obscene devices in certain contexts. FANZ Shop ships toys to Texas with a signed adult-affirmation form pre-shipment. The form is presented in checkout for TX delivery addresses.
Louisiana, Mississippi, Utah, Virginia
These states have adult-content age-verification statutes requiring third-party ID checks before purchase. FANZ Shop routes through VerifyMy for buyer ID validation in these states. Adds ~30 seconds to checkout.
