Apparel & Accessories
What is the return window?
30 days from delivery date. Item must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached. We refund the full purchase price minus original shipping.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or wrong: FANZ pays — we email you a prepaid USPS return label. If you changed your mind: you pay — typically $5-10.
How long until I see the refund?
5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refund goes back to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are issued in equivalent USDC value at receipt time.
Intimates & Lingerie
Can I return intimates I've tried on?
No. Once an intimate item has left its sealed packaging, we cannot resell it under hygiene and consumer-protection guidelines. No exceptions.
What if it is defective?
Full replacement within 14 days of receipt. Send a photo of the defect to support@fanzunlimited.com — we ship a replacement the same business day.
Wrong size — can I exchange?
If unworn with tags attached, yes — within 30 days. One free size exchange per order. After that you pay return shipping.
Signature Toys
Returns on opened toys?
Never. Sex toys cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened — hygiene reasons, US consumer-protection guidelines, common sense.
Unopened toys in original packaging?
14-day return window, 15% restocking fee. We inspect the packaging on receipt; if the seal is intact and unbroken, we issue a refund minus the restocking fee.
Defective toy?
Full replacement under the manufacturer's warranty period — Lovense 1-year, We-Vibe 2-year, Doc Johnson 90-day, Satisfyer 2-year, Tenga 30-day. Contact support with proof of defect; we handle the warranty claim on your behalf.
Limited Drops & Founding Pieces
Founding-piece returns?
Final sale. Founding pieces are numbered, capped at 200, signed by Joshua Stone. Once a SKU's 200-piece run is exhausted, FANZ retires it — there is no replacement inventory.
What if my Founding piece arrives defective?
Replacement with the same SKU + a new number if any remain in the run, or full refund if the run is exhausted. Reach out within 14 days of receipt with photo evidence.
FanzCard Accessories
Engraved or personalized items?
Final sale. Anything with engraving, monograms, or custom finishes is non-returnable.
Standard non-personalized?
30-day return window, item must be unused with original packaging. Full refund minus original shipping.
Chargeback Policy
If I dispute a charge with my card issuer?
Please reach out to support@fanzunlimited.com FIRST — most disputes resolve same-day. Chargebacks filed without contacting support trigger an automatic account review; repeat chargebacks may result in account closure per the adult-friendly-processor rules.
How do you handle disputed chargebacks?
We respond with proof-of-delivery, age-verification logs, and the original transaction record. We do not contest chargebacks for true unauthorized transactions.
