Every FANZ Shop product ships directly from FANZ or a FANZ-vetted fulfillment partner. No third-party marketplace skim. The fan pays the price; the creator (or FANZ Direct line) keeps 100% minus a consumer-facing FANZ fee — constitutionally separated from creator earnings per Money Plane Article II.
Discreet shipping is the default, not the upsell
Plain brown box, generic return address, adult-only signature for restricted items — for every order, every customer, every SKU. No 'upgrade to discreet' option because discrete is baseline.
Compliance built-in, not bolted-on

The Constitution

Article II — Zero creator fees, forever
Creators pay 0% in FANZ fees. All FANZ revenue is added on top of the price, paid by the consumer. Postgres CHECK constraint zero_creator_fee_law enforces this at the database row level.
Article IV — FanzCard is the only universal product
FanzCard top-ups work across all 25 niches. Everything else is per-platform-segmented to preserve niche brand integrity.
Article V — Per-platform billing descriptors
Every platform gets its own bank-statement billing descriptor. FANZ Shop appears as FANZ*SHOP. FanzCard appears as FANZ*FANZCARD.
Article VII — Append-only payment ledger
Every payment_transactions row is append-only. Postgres RULE blocks UPDATE and DELETE. Webhook bodies retained forever. Compliance audit trail is mathematically guaranteed.
