Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship next business day
- Custom/personalized items: additional 2-3 business days
- Pre-order items: ship on the stated release date

- All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes
- No product names, images, or adult content visible on packaging
- Return address shows "FUN LLC" — no reference to adult products
- Billing descriptor shows "FANZ*SHOP" on credit card statements

Restricted Countries

Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours
- We'll file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund
- For high-value orders ($150+), we recommend selecting signature confirmation
Order Modifications
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement
- After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cannot be changed
- Address changes: contact us immediately — possible before shipping
