Application Requirements
- Valid business license or EIN
- Active e-commerce website or retail location
- State resale certificate / tax exemption (if applicable)
- Minimum first order: $250
- Agreement to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy
MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy
All resellers must adhere to manufacturer MAP pricing. This protects brand value and ensures fair competition across all channels.
- Products may not be advertised below the listed MAP price
- MAP applies to all public-facing channels: website, marketplace listings, social media, emails
- In-cart discounts and loyalty pricing are permitted (price shown after add to cart)
- Bundle pricing is permitted as long as individual item prices meet MAP
- First violation: written warning
- Second violation: 30-day account suspension
- Third violation: permanent account termination
Dropship Program
Don't want to hold inventory? Our dropship program lets you sell FANZ products without stocking them.

- Provide age verification for end customers (18+)
- Handle customer service for your own sales
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Not sell on unauthorized marketplaces without approval
- Maintain professional brand representation
